Pregnancy and parenting are hard. I provide perinatal and postpartum counseling to mothers and birthing persons struggling with anxiety, depression, infertility, and grief. Whether you are struggling to become a mom or overwhelmed in motherhood, I offer a compassionate and collaborative approach.

Sarah Beth Maier
Sarah Beth Maier is excited to be working with the individuals and families of the Lake Norman area. She has worked in a variety of community and agency settings providing individual and group counseling to children, adolescents, adults and families as a counselor and play therapist.

Anna Boulware
Anna Boulware earned her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, and her Bachelors degree in Psychology from North Carolina State University. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in the state of North Carolina, a National Certified Counselor (NCC), an Associate Partner Trauma Therapist (APTT), and a Level 1 Gottman couples therapist. Anna works with children, adults, and couples.

Grace Allen
Grace is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences. She graduated from The University of North Carolina Greensboro with a Masters Degree in Counseling. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Associate as well as a National Certified Counselor. Grace has a passion for supporting children as young as 6, families, and young adults. She believes in a collaborative, client-centered approach to counseling.

Meagan McCabe
Meagan is a virtual only practitioner seeing clients throughout the North Carolina region. She specializes in empowering individuals and couples working through life transitions. Whether it be healing your past traumas, prioritizing self-care, setting healthy boundaries, or identifying and breaking unhealthy patterns; Meagan works from a strength-based and client-centered stance that focuses on helping clients create or enhance healthy and holistic relationships with themselves and others. To quote Brene Brown, Meagan believes that "owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do” and her job as your therapist is to walk with you and guide you through that process.

Laura Lee Parker
Laura Lee Parker earned her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2014. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in the state of North Carolina as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Laura Lee works with individuals from childhood to adulthood.
Bailee Ford
Bailee Ford is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in North Carolina and National Certified Counselor (NCC). She specializes in working with children ages 3-12 and their families, and was trained in Play Therapy while completing her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at UNC Charlotte. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, family conflict, attention and behavior issues, and childhood trauma.
